ABOUT JANCO

The goal of Janco Fiduciary & Estate Services is to serve my clients without judgment or bias. Janco is committed to listening with compassion while maintaining professionalism.​

Jan started out with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Washington. Years later, she reentered academics studying accounting and launched JANCO. She was already managing the family gardening business, teaching children at a supplemental school, and raising her four sons. Her unusual fluency to collaborate with financial and legal professionals grew out of this eclectic mix.

Many of her current clients need assistance handling their personal financial affairs. Jan is able to step in, offer support and security which provides peace of mind for them and for their loved ones - many whom are unable to be involved due to various circumstances.

  • Can refer to placement specialist for help selecting appropriate move including:

I have built a toolbox of relevant topics based on years of work with older vulnerable adults. My commitment is to educate while being sensitive to my audience. I'm able to set an upbeat, productive tone for a meeting, introducing ideas for change as well as how one might safely age in place.
